The Property Magazine
The Property Magazine is Media Nova’s flagship publication. With its Western Cape edition launched in April 2004, the magazine has grown in leaps and bounds since then and boasts regional editions both in Gauteng and Kwazulu-Natal. The magazine prides itself in its unique A3, glossy format, and many people identify it as “the big red one” on the magazine shelves!
The magazine is an original South African, independently-owned title. In a little over three years, the circulation figures speak for themselves. Figures from June to September 2006 indicate a circulation of 113 500, and a readership of approximately 330 000. The magazine has received numerous awards since its inception, including the 2007 Magazine Publishers Association of South Africa (MPASA) PICA Award in the Business to Business category (Leisure).
The Property Magazine is based on three editorial pillars: “People, places and perspectives”. We believe these form a very strong foundation for top quality coverage and information. From lifestyle and décor to magnificent mansions in the suburbs, hard-hitting stories and honest opinions, The Property Magazine has its finger on the property industry’s pulse.
Giltedge Travel
The Giltedge magazine is an annual publication, produced for Giltedge Travel – a company that is recognised as being the specialists in creating tailor-made itineraries for the discerning traveller. It includes profiles of all the destinations and packages Giltedge offers as well as advice and planning guides. Giltedge magazine has an international distribution and offers operates safaris and luxury tours throughout southern Africa.
Greeff Outlook
Greeff Outlook is a quarterly publication and is the voice of Greeff Properties, based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town. It features information about the area as well as listings of available properties in the southern suburbs.
